Regulation of debt collection in Europe - new book by our alumni, students, and faculty

Yet another collection of papers devoted to debt collection in Europe has been published as part of Routledge ‘Research in Finance and Banking Law’ series, edited by our alumnus, Cătălin-Gabriel Stănescu (now faculty of the University of Southern Denmark).

In recent weeks, the Indian government has upped its rhetoric against this system, coinciding with a new Chief Justice taking guard at the Supreme Court of India. This marks a change in the attitude of the government, which mostly operated behind doors to influence appointments rather than direct public attacks on the court.
