Mba Delivers Remarks at CEU’s 28th Opening Ceremony

In September 2018 CEU welcomed close to 700 new students from more than 80 countries to the community, which now includes 1,700 students as well as 16,000 alumni worldwide.

Sanford Mba, an SJD (doctoral) student at the Department of Legal Studies, delivered welcome remarks on behalf of continuing students at CEU’s 28th Opening Ceremony.

Sajo, Uitz Win 2018 CEU Award for Outstanding Research

By the decision of the Selection Committee, Professor Andras Sajo and Professor Renata Uitz, from the Department of Legal Studies have been selected as the recipients of the 2018 CEU Award for Outstanding Research. The award recognizes outstanding research by CEU faculty that has had a significant international impact. 

Dr. Williams Iheme CEU LEGS Alumnus Began his Teaching Career in Nairobi, Kenya

LEGS CEU alumnus, Dr Williams Iheme, is currently a visiting lecturer at Strathmore University Law School, Nairobi, where he is teaching two LLM courses, namely: Comparative Insolvency Law, and Contract Law: Negotiation, Drafting and Management.
