Together with Barbara Havelková, Associate Professor Mathias Möschel has just published an edited volume titled Anti-Discrimination Law in Civil Law Jurisdictions with Oxford University Press. In this volume, the two editors and various other contributors analyse how anti-discrimination law fares in European civil law jurisdictions from a critical, legal and socio-legal, comparative perspective.
