CEU Legal Studies alumn Petr Sprinz (IBL 2011) has published a new commentary on the Czech Insolvency Act with the renowned publishing house CH Beck.
The book, for which Petr served as editor-in-chief as well as contributor, brings together pieces authored by an impressive team of experts, including judges, insolvency trustees, economists, and specialists from the Ministry of Justice and Czech National Bank.
The Department of Legal Studies is proud of Petr’s achievement, and warmly congratulates him on the publication of this commentary.
