Möschel on Critical Race Theory at Paris I

On 18 January 2019 Professor Mathias Möschel presented on “The Reception and Pertinence of Critical Race Theory in Europe" at the Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).

In his presentation Professor Möschel argued that despite a number of legal and non-legal obstacles to a migration of Critical Race Theory from the United States to the continental European legal context, some more recent elements developments indicate that a shift might be occurring.
