Professor Csilla Kollonay-Lehoczky has written four chapters of the book 'The European Social Charter and the Employment Relation'

The monograph titled The European Social Charter and the Employment Relation was published recently by Hart Publishing with four chapters written by Professor Csilla Kollonay-Lehoczky (Legal Studies Department, CEU) a former member of the European Committee of Social Rights. The book offers a comprehensive commentary on fundamental workers’ rights protected by the Revised European Social Charter (RESC) considered the social constitution of Europe. The legal analysis, drawing on the case law of the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) the supervisory body of the RESC, gives a timely insight into the growing State implementation and acceptance of the social rights laid down in this treaty, as well as its interplay with other international (UN) regulations as well with European legislative instruments.
