The „Festschrift” in honor of Mirjan Damaska, Sterling Professor emeritus at the Yale Law School,one of the most influential scholars in comparative law was published this year by the prestigious Duncker & Humblot (Berlin) with contribution of Professor Karoly Bard discussing the future of the common law type jury.
