Prof. Böckenförde's Contribution to the Constitutional Studies Journal

Markus Böckenförde contributed an article on (Unconstitutional) Constitutional Amendments in Africa: Mapping the Field to the relaunch of the journal Constitutional Studies. The relaunch is a joint project of the International Association for Constitutional Law (IACL) and the Comparative Constitutions Project (CCP). The first issue explores the state of constitutional studies around the world, in terms of both regions and disciplines.

Markus Böckenförde will also be a member of the authors' panel on ‘State of the Field: Constitutional Change and Judicial Impacts' on 18 September 2025, where he will present and discuss the findings of his article.
