On April 5, 2025, the Department of Legal Studies at CEU hosted the first Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Pre-Moot. The participating teams included WU Vienna, the University of Eastern Finland, the University of Graz, Waseda University, the University of Indonesia, and Palacky University Olomouc. The final round, which was arbitrated by Professor Markus Petsche, Dr. Peter Riznik, and Sofia Nachosa, was contested between WU Vienna and the University of Graz, with WU emerging victorious. We would like to thank all participants, coaches, and arbitrators for their interest in, and support for, our Pre-Moot.
