Dr. Williams Iheme CEU LEGS Alumnus Began his Teaching Career in Nairobi, Kenya

LEGS CEU alumnus, Dr Williams Iheme, is currently a visiting lecturer at Strathmore University Law School, Nairobi, where he is teaching two LLM courses, namely: Comparative Insolvency Law, and Contract Law: Negotiation, Drafting and Management. Using the UK and US regimes as benchmark, the insolvency course aims at equipping students with comparative perspectives on contemporary legal issues in the subject and the ongoing reforms at the international arena, while the contract course addresses contemporary issues in negotiating, drafting and conclusion of cross border agreements. In September 2018, Dr Iheme would resume a postdoctoral appointment at the University of Michigan, US, as a Grotius Research Scholar.
