The book SECURITY RIGHTS AND THE EUROPEAN INSOLVENCY REGULATION, with contributions of Prof. Tajti, has been published

The book Security Rights and the European Insolvency Regulation (edited by Profs. Gerard McCormack and Reinhard Bork, published: Intersentia – Cambridge-Antwerp-Portland) appeared on the market in April 2017. The book is the outcome of two years of cooperative effort by a project team made up of researchers from five European universities, co-funded by the Civil Justice Programme of the European Union. Professor Tibor Tajti (LEGS, IBL Program) both contributed to the book’s common synthesis report (especially Chapter 3 on ‘Security Rights, National Laws and Possible Reforms,’), and wrote the Chapter covering the laws of Hungary, Lithuania and Poland (Central and Eastern Europe) in cooperation with a number of CEU alumni.
