Professor Tibor Tajti delivered his insolvency course at China-EU School of Law for the fourth time in this academic year, on December 5-9, 2016. The increased interest for bankruptcy/insolvency in China is due to the rapid growth of both consumer and business indebtedness increasingly leading to financial distress and bankruptcy. CEU is a consortium member of CESL since its foundation in 2008.
