Commentary on the new chapter on data protection in the context of bankruptcy (insolvency) law by Prof. Tibor Tajti

The Commentary of the Recast European (Cross-Border) Insolvency Regulation (EIR 2015/848), published by Oxford University Press, edited by Professors Reinhard Bork and Kristin van Zwieten, has appeared on the market at the beginning of October 2016. The commentary on the new chapter on Data Protection was written by Professor Tibor Tajti (LEGS, IBL). This is especially of importance because the impact of data protection regulations on bankruptcy law is an uncharted territory.
