After the completion of Bachelor's and Master's Degree programs at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Uzbekistan), in 2003, Bobomurod started his professional experience as an assistant and later as a senior lecturer at the Chair of Human Rights and International Law of the same university. He conducted LLB and LLM courses on International Business Law and Law on International Carriages until 2009. He also taught at the International Business School "Kelajak Ilmi" in Tashkent.
In 2005 Bobomurod participated in International Trade Law Post-Graduate Course in Turin, Italy organized by University Institute of European Studies and International Training Center of ILO.
His research areas include foreign direct investments, international sales (CISG), international contracts and laws of international carriage.
