Chernisova, Olga

Year of Defense: 1994 Stream: Master of Laws in Comparative Constitutional Law Graduated in law from the Moscow State Lomonosov University (1995). After LL.M. in comparative constitutional law from the Central European University (1995) she obtained a Ph.D. in law from the Moscow State Legal Academy (2005). In 1996 – 1998 worked as a legal officer for UNHCR in Moscow, while teaching comparative constitutional law as assistant professor at the Moscow State Legal Academy (1998 -1999).

Cunaj, Neida

Year of Graduation: 2014 Stream: Master of Laws in International Business Law Neida graduated as the third ranking student in the 2013 – 2014 class of the International Business Law Program at CEU’s Department of Legal Studies. Thereafter, she worked as a Junior Expert attached to the Albanian Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee on Justice Reform. Her work with the Parliament was primarily linked to the Judiciary and Anti-corruption working groups.

Demeter, Dalma

Year of Defense: 2011 Stream: S.J.D. in International Business Law Dalma Demeter (LEGS IBL LLM alumni 2004, S.J.D. alumni 2011) is a law academic at the University of Canberra's (UC) Faculty of Business, Government & Law in Australia, since June 2010. She has been recruited to contribute to the internationalization of the UC law curriculum, now teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level in her main fields of expertise, International Commercial Arbitration and International Sales Law. In only two years, her academic work and contribution to the curriculum development have been recognized by several university and one national teaching award and an appointment as an elected academic representative to the Faculty Education Committee.

Fiala, János

Year of Graduation: 2004 Stream: Master of Laws in Human Rights János Fiala-Butora is the graduate of the human rights LLM program of CEU Legal Studies '04. After his studies as CEU, he served as a Legal Officer at the Mental Disability Advocacy Center in Budapest, and as the Executive Director of Minority Rights Group Europe in Budapest. He is a human rights attorney, representing several clients successfully before the European Court of Human Rights, the UN Committee on the Right of Persons with Disabilities and other international bodies.

Fejős, Andrea

Year of Graduation: 2006 Stream: International Business Law CEU alumna Andrea Fejos (Fejes) (LEGS '06, IBL) has been appointed as a Lecturer in the School of Law, University of Essex, UK in September 2015. She also holds a PhD from the University of Szeged, Hungary (2014) and an LL.M. from Queen Mary, University of London, UK (2014). Andrea teaches undergraduate students English contract and tort law, as well as financial law and regulation to LL.M. students.
